Fia designed the Luna Y Sol Mask as part of her first collection with Dogwood, and the moment she showed it to me, it was the one I reached for. There was never really a question. Something about the sun and moon together, the fine detail in the face, it felt like the design I had to sit down with first.
I leaned heavily on Silk Lame throughout this one. It gives the piece a soft, warm sparkle that photographs beautifully and looks even better in person, catching the light as you move it. It felt like the right choice for a design with this much celestial energy.

Finished
Once the stitching was done, I sent this one to Melody (@missymissydee) to be finished into an eye mask, and I could not be happier with how it turned out. It feels like exactly the right way to bring this design into everyday life, something you actually use and see, not just something that sits on a shelf.
