Shipping policy

We want your Dogwood Needlepoint order to reach you safely, and we are glad to walk you through how shipping works.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, not including weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is a flat rate of $9 per order, calculated at checkout.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, and occasionally UPS depending on your location and the size of your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. Dogwood Needlepoint is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. If this happens, please reach out to us and we will do what we can to help you track down your order or file a claim with the carrier.
